The Hertz MPS 250 S2 shallow subwoofer has been meticulously designed to
deliver exceptional performance, even in situations where there is very
little space available to install the subwoofer box.
The MPS 250
is optimized to excel in ultra-compact sealed boxes, starting from a
mere 14 liters (0.49 cubic feet). A prime example of its application
would be in subwoofer enclosures placed under the rear bench of pickup
trucks, where space and height limitations are a challenge.
The
Mille PRO shallow subwoofer achieves a depth/performance ratio never
seen before, thanks to an impressive cone excursion capacity that is 20%
higher than traditional designs.
This exceptional target has
been realized through an ingenious suspension group design featuring a
dedicated support structure for the spider and coil. This solution has
allowed the magnetic group to be moved inwards, reducing the depth while
maximizing cone linear excursion.
