SHIPPING METHODS
Elettromedia S.p.A. uses FEDEX and BARTOLINI couriers for standard shipping. Upon dispatch of the order, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be delivered within approximately 2-5 working days. Shipments depart from our headquarters in Potenza Picena (MC), Italy, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00.
- Weekend orders: Processed the following Monday.
- Holiday orders: Processed on the next available working day.
Items available in stock will be shipped within 3 working days. Temporarily out-of-stock items will be guaranteed for shipping within 60 days.
In case of force majeure events, Elettromedia S.p.A. reserves the right to postpone the shipment.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free: For orders of 49 EUR or more.
- 6 EUR charge: For orders below 49 EUR (Italy, Germany, and France).
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the cart before finalizing the order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within two months from the delivery of the goods. The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item ordered.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The customer can choose between the following methods to exercise the right of withdrawal, with preference for the first method, which ensures a quicker and more complete return process:
- Access the reserved area: Click on the icon at the top right next to the cart, enter login credentials, or register with the same email used for the purchase. It will be possible to request the return through the dedicated link.
- Contact Elettromedia S.p.A.: Send a clear statement, for example via email, to Elettromedia S.p.A., Strada Regina km 3,500, 62018 Potenza Picena, Italy, Tel.: +39 0733 870870, email: support@elettromedia.it.
Note: To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice within the two-month period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal, Elettromedia S.p.A. will refund the customer for all payments made, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise. No additional costs will be applied. Elettromedia S.p.A. reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
The goods must be returned within fourteen days from the communication of withdrawal, and the return shipping costs will be borne by Elettromedia S.p.A.
The customer will be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods only if this decrease is due to manipulation not necessary to verify the condition and functionality of the items.
The value of the decrease will be determined by Elettromedia S.p.A. upon receipt of the return.
